The NEM contract lasts for 10 years from the NEM Commencement Date (NEMCD) and will end on the last day of the month in which the 10th anniversary falls for NEM 3.0 users.

You can increase your solar capacity, depending on quota availability and capacity limits. To proceed, you’ll need to appoint an RPVSP to handle your request and secure approval from SEDA.

Yes, but you’ll need to get approval from SEDA first. Any unused NEM balance will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to the new owner.
